Well, Day 7 is here and you've come a long way!!
We have talked about what a niche is, looked at you
personally and seen if there are niche ideas within things
you are involved with, either hobbies or interests. We have
gone over HOW to see if those niche ideas are in demand.
From there we went through some of the "tools of the trade"
that will help you get up and running with your own niche
site(s) ... AND yesterday we covered ways to market that
niche site ... WOW, we have come a long way!!
As much as I hate to tell you this, today wraps up our
"NICHE MADNESS" eCourse, so, I must say "good-bye" but,
before I do...
I want to go over a few things that you can do to keep the
momentum going.
1. Be a Sponge
No one knows all there is to know about business so it
stands to reason that you will have a learning curve
ahead of you.
Just keep this in mind, 'whether you can or can't', you are
absolutely right. Yes you are going to make mistakes and
probably bad ones, but those mistakes are valuable lessons
to be learned.
In addition to that you also need to keep up with what is
happening within the business arena and, of course, within
your niche. Through that reading, you will become much
more informed and of more value to your customers. There
is NOTHING worse than losing a customer to your competitor
because they found a new better way to do something for
them, and you haven't. Why? Because you didn't read and
keep up.
2 Be Persistent and Consistent
Two words that have much meaning, especially when you are
trying to start and maintain a viable business. There are
going to be peaks and valleys throughout your quest
for business success. During the highs and the lows you
need to hang in there and not give up. Stay your course!
Adjust where you need to, in order to get over the rough
spots. And, above all else, be consistent in what you a
re doing.
Now, we have gone through a lot over the course of the
last 7 days. I don't want to just say "ciao" and leave you
like that. Niche sites and marketing evolves at the speed
of light, or so it seems at times. You need to stay on top
of what is happening and sometimes that is not always
as easy as it sounds ...well until now!! :o)
