Where to Search for Profitable Digital Products
Where to Find Profitable Digital Products
by Mitch Hopkins
If you've been on-line even a short while and have tried any marketing
of your own, by now you should realize the best way to earn money is
to create an effective membership site, run an e-zine/newsletter, or
at least have a website with product pages using resell rights products,
master resell rights products, and private label products. That would
include e-books, software and articles for content.
Maybe the biggest problem is – how do you get all that content you
need if you haven't yet been able to find it anywhere, or are unable
even to afford to purchase what you do find?
No body can afford to buy every product thrown up for sale as there
are constantly, even daily, new items to choose from.
Here are 4 ways you can do that easily, and they won't cost you a small
fortune before you ever make your first sale. The whole point IS to make
money, not lose it. Even though at some point you will have to spend a
little, trying to be too cheap is not the way to go.
The first, and easiest way, thanks to all those who like running them,
is to join all the new JV Giveaway events. All you need is to sign-up,
use a good working e-mail address, log-in and download all the free
resell rights, master resell rights, and private label content products.
Sure, many times the same thing is offered in multiple Giveaways, but
consider it takes little time to check the gifts being offered and you
will find some new items, too.
Now, you will also get e-mail from the product giver because in order
to receive that gift, you are usually signing up to their mailing list.
Of course, you can unsubscribe and you will be taken off each mailing
list as you see fit.
So, here is the second way you get more products to use. E-zines and
Newsletters. Don't just dismiss those ezines/newsletters that you signed
up for when downloading those free products from the Giveaways. Often
times the owners give you more free products within their content. They
can be better products, more exclusive and even newer to the market than
what was listed in the Giveaway. Or at least the owners tell you where
to go to get new products. The owners know by continuing to offer good
products and content, the chance you purchase something in the future
is greater. The smarter the list owner, the better for you.
You also want to go on-line and subscribe to publications within your
niche. Join a few and decide which ones are right for you and which are
not. Be sure to give them some time before you unsubscribe because
each issue will be slightly different. They won't always be full of free
gifts or cover exactly what you want to know. Sometimes they will be
better than at other times. If they don't fit into what you are
looking for in your marketing niche, simply leave. Remember, you are
looking for relevant information to your business, not about what the
authors pets or kids do and you don't want somebody who sends you
nothing but 'buy this' messages every 12 hours.
That takes us to the third way to get valuable resources. Join some
membership sites. Not just any, but those that cater to your corner of
the market, to what niche you want to excel in. There are free and fee
based membership sites of all kinds. Many will give you a trial period.
Take advantage of them as you won't really know until you get 'inside'
to see what they actually offer.
Look for exclusive products, those that can be only sold by members or
at least the members get the first opportunity at promoting them. After
all, you are in this to make money and trying to sell what everybody
else is giving away, won't work out very well. Check out all the benefits
you will be getting. Sometimes, membership sites have extra benefits
other than just the products. Free web pages to advertise with, the use
of autoresponders to e-mail with and affiliate incentives whereby
reselling a couple memberships yourself, yours end up being free. Many
offer good training materials and forums where you can get help. Even
if that membership has generally older products, if they do add new
products as well plus include free web pages or advertising, it may be
worth your while.
Products you get from other places could be installed onto your free
web page and with free advertising provided by the membership, you
could save big on advertising cost. Some only offer a rotating type of
advertising, but hey, if it's a free membership, it's still some free
advertising. As long as you have a place for downloading your products
after a sale, set up your free web page and let it run on it's own
while you find other products worth promoting. One web page, a few
overly used products and doing nothing more won't make you any money.
It's a constant effort on your part to improve on what you have going
so you can increase your profits and improve your business.
The fourth way. Always be searching for new resources. Many places
may allow you to use, bundle or package, and resell their content.
You can find these places by using forums, search engines, and
directories. Contact other website owners and swap some content
that matches your marketing niche. Join forums and ask questions.
Check out other websites similar to yours and see what products they
are selling. There is more to this selling game than just uploading
a bunch of material onto a website. As your profits increase, put it
back into your business. Buy higher priced products to sell as they
will give a higher perceived value to your customers and that will
increase your earnings even more.
Just do not limit yourself to a single technique or method. It will
take time and effort on your part. You will have to try different
methods because no one thing is a sure hit. Finding products isn't a
real problem, knowing where to find quality products is much more
important.
